Cat Dioli started playing lacrosse at Pingree School in Hamilton, MA, where she continued her career as a defender at Bates College. Cat was named one of Bates’ most consistent defenders during her time with the Bobcats, earning Second Team IWCLA All-Region Honors her senior year.
After college, Cat began her coaching career full-time at The College of Wooster in Ohio. She spent two years at Wooster, helping to yield 12 commits for her first recruiting class, and coached 8 All NCAC Selections. After The College of Wooster, Cat moved back to Massachusetts where she spent 1 year at Babson College, helping lead the team to back-to-back Conference Championships, and 1 year at the University of Massachusetts Lowell as the offensive coordinator.
Following UML, Cat started working at 3 Step Sports, a youth sports organization dedicated to providing young athletes with a premier sports experience and helping to grow the game. While at 3 Step Sports, Cat began working with Storm in 2019, as well as became the Assistant Coach at Austin Prep alongside Meredith Prior in 2021.
